Giveaway Rules

This giveaway is hosted by Kelen & Willian in collaboration with Seasoned Pioneers.

1. The Promoter

 

The Promoters are Kelen & Willian (The Promoter) and Seasoned Pioneers (The Collaborator).

 

2. Eligibility & Entry

 

• Open to: UK residents aged 18+ only.

• Exclusions: Employees of Kelen & Willian and Seasoned Pioneers, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded.

• No Purchase Necessary (NPN): Entry is completely free and requires no purchase of any kind.

• How to Enter: To enter, participants must:

  • Follow the two named accounts (@KelenandWillian and @SeasonedPioneers).

  • Like the competition post.

  • Comment on the post, tagging two friends who would love the prize.

• Entry Limit: Only one entry per person will be counted across all platforms (Instagram and/or Facebook).

 

3. Key Dates

 

• Closing Date: Entries close on 28.11.2025 at midnight (GMT). No entries received after this time will be counted.

 

4. The Prize

 

• Prizes: Three (3) winners will each receive one Clear Mini Air Fryer and one Seasoned Pioneers Air Fryer Seasoning Bundle (5-piece collection).

• Non-Transferable: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

 

5. Winner Selection & Notification

 

• Selection Process: Three winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries across all participating social media platforms (entries will be consolidated) using an independent, third-party random selection tool after the closing date.

• Notification: Winners will be contacted by Direct Message (DM) on the platform they entered on within 7 working days of the closing date (by 07.12.2025).

• Claim Period: The selected winner must respond to the Direct Message and confirm acceptance of the prize and provide their delivery address within 14 days of the initial notification.

• Re-draw: If a winner fails to respond and claim the prize within the 14-day period, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize entitlement and select an alternative winner using the same random process.

 

6. Transparency and Winner Publication (ASA Compliance)

 

• Winner Publication: The Promoters are required to make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. Upon written request to support@kelenandwillian.com within one month of the closing date, the surname and county of the winners will be made available.

• Right to Object (GDPR): If you are a winner and object to your surname and county being published, you must inform us when confirming acceptance of your prize. Please note that notwithstanding any objection, the Promoter must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) or CAP Code body upon request.

 

7. Data Protection and Delivery

 

• Data Use: Winners’ personal data (name and delivery address) will only be used to arrange the delivery of the prize.

• Privacy: We will not share any entrants’ information with third parties except for the purpose of prize delivery. All personal data will be managed in accordance with the Promoters’ privacy policies.

• Delivery: Please allow up to 14 days for delivery after the winner has confirmed their full delivery address.

 

8. General

 

• This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform. By entering, you release these platforms from any responsibility related to this giveaway.

• The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

• The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so.
